Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Torch Marketing, provided by Lightbase Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Your account and authority
Keep your sign-in secure and connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Organization owners control membership and roles. You are responsible for instructions submitted by people or applications you authorize.
Content and platform access
You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to store, process, and transmit it as necessary to provide the service and carry out your requests. You must have the necessary rights to your content and comply with applicable laws and each platform's advertising, privacy, and developer policies. Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, deception, unauthorized access, or interference with other users or systems.
Advertising and charges
Advertising platforms charge your accounts directly. Torch Marketing does not hold advertising funds or guarantee campaign results. Review budgets, targeting, and changes before authorizing them. Platform billing and delivery records are authoritative; synchronized status and metrics can be delayed. Disconnecting a platform or deleting data here does not stop ads already running there.
Any service fee or paid plan will be disclosed before you enroll. These terms alone do not enroll you in a paid plan. Advertising charges and third-party fees are separate.
AI and connected applications
Review AI-generated content and proposed actions before approving publication or spending. AI output can be inaccurate. Connected applications can act within the permissions you grant them. You remain responsible for reviewing content, instructions, and account activity.
Availability and ending use
Features depend on platform availability, permissions, and approvals and may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or marketing results. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, legal obligations, or platform requirements.
Privacy, changes, and contact
