Torch Marketing

Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Torch Marketing is operated by Lightbase Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This policy covers our app, website, API, and connected services. Privacy questions and requests: max@tryselltorch.com.

Information we process

We process your name and email, organization details, membership roles, invitations, preferences, and support requests. WorkOS handles authentication. We store the session credentials needed to keep you signed in; we do not store your password.

When you authorize a platform connection, we process the access and refresh tokens it issues, the account identifiers and details your grant permits, advertising campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, targeting, media, status, and performance metrics. Depending on the connection and permissions you choose, this can also include posts, comments, replies, and their authors' platform identifiers. We process content you upload or create, activity history, and your requested changes.

Operational logs may contain request times, IP addresses, app or device information, object identifiers, and errors. We use them to operate and secure the service and resolve problems.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide the features you request, synchronize accounts, publish or update content, display results, administer organizations, answer support requests, and protect the service. We send content and advertising instructions to the platforms you select. Your organization's members can access its data according to their roles.

We do not sell platform data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Torch Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Any authorized human access is limited to support, security, legal requirements, or operating the service.

Supported connections include Google Ads, Meta, Reddit Ads, X, and, when platform approval permits, TikTok. Each platform governs its own service and advertising charges. Media links used for publishing may be accessible to anyone who has the link.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and organization information while needed to provide the service, subject to platform-specific retention limits. You can delete content or an organization from the app and request deletion through max@tryselltorch.com. Our data deletion page explains the available controls.

Disconnecting an account ends use of its authorization credentials. Previously synchronized records may remain in your organization until they are deleted or expire. Deleting an organization removes its data and disconnects its accounts. Deleting your user account removes your profile, personal chats, and support requests and removes your memberships; organization ownership must first be transferred or the organization deleted where other active members remain. A non-identifying “Deleted user” marker may remain in shared history.

Copies may remain temporarily in provider-managed backups, caches, or security logs according to their retention settings, or where required by law. These copies are not used for ordinary service operation after deletion. Deletion here does not delete posts or stop ads on the advertising platform; manage those directly on that platform.

Your choices and requests

You can review and edit information in the app, disconnect platforms, revoke access through their settings, and request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing max@tryselltorch.com. We may verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Rights such as objection, restriction, and complaints to a regulator may also apply depending on where you live. If your information was supplied by an organization using Torch Marketing, contact that organization or ask us to help route the request.

Security and location

We use encrypted transport, encrypted connector credentials at rest, and organization-based access controls. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

This business service is not directed at children. We update this policy when our practices change and will provide notice of material changes. Contact max@tryselltorch.com for privacy questions.
