Get help in the app
Open the Help Center in the app's settings, describe the problem, and add up to 5 screenshots if they help. Your request reaches us with your account details attached, and we answer by email at the address on your account.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself in the app's profile settings. An assistant or connected AI app can't do this for you. What deletion does:
- Your account and sign-in are deleted, and you're signed out.
- Every organization you own is deleted with all its data: posts, campaigns, placements, media, notes, tags, comments, metrics, connections and assistant chats.
- You leave every other organization you belong to. That organization and its data stay with its other members.
- If you own an organization that has other active members, hand it to one of them or delete it first.
- Posts and ads already on a platform stay there, and ads may keep running and spending. Deleting your account disconnects the platform but doesn't end them. End them first, or manage them on the platform afterwards. You can also revoke our access in that platform's account settings.
Deletion can't be undone. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Common questions
How do I connect an ad or social account?
Create a connection for the platform in your organization's settings and sign in to the platform to approve access. The accounts that sign-in can reach, such as ad accounts, pages and profiles, then appear. If the platform asks you to sign in again later, the connection shows that it needs attention.
Why is my ad paused?
Ads are created paused on purpose. Someone with the ads:spend permission has to activate them. Your organization's owner or an admin can tell you who has it.
Can the assistant spend my money?
It acts with your permissions, so if you hold ads:spend it can technically activate an ad. It is instructed to ask for your explicit go-ahead on each specific change first, but AI can make mistakes: check what it proposes, and leave ads:spend off roles that don't need it. Budgets and charges are between you and the ad platform.
Why can't I post to this account?
Platforms differ in what they allow through their APIs. An account's capabilities say what it supports, and some allow ads only, or organic posts only.
A post or ad didn't publish. What now?
Open the placement to see the platform's message. Usually a field needs fixing, or the platform's review rejected it. Fix it and try again. If the message isn't clear, send us a request from the Help Center.
Why don't my numbers match the platform's?
Platforms restate recent days and count conversions differently. We show what each one reported, as of the last sync. A blank means the platform didn't report it, not zero.
Can I use it from another AI app?
Yes, in apps that support MCP connectors. You sign in with your account, and the app can then work with your data with your permissions.
